The Office Air office lights by Nimbus came on the market in 2009 and offered an aesthetical, timeless, functional LED illumination for offices. Today it is available as the improved Office Air 2.0, as a floor lamp ad as a USM Haller compatible table lamp.
The collection comprises the Office Air 2.0 office light fixture and the even brighter Office Air 2.0 Power, offering a slightly different light distribution.
Unlike the former models, the new Office Air 2.0 is not only higher, but was improved in terms of lighting technique. It offers comfortable, versatily controlled illumination, which brightens both single workplaces and whole offices.
Office Air 2.0 has two separately controllable light sources: downward direct light for illuminating desks and working surfaces, and upwards directed indirect light providing a pleasant general light which brightens a whole room.
The large, rectangular light head is equipped with an acrylic diffuser below, which has conical hollows reducing the glare and guiding the light downwards.
Light head and stem are made of aluminium, the base is made of steel. The switchs are within convenient and intuitive reach from the desk on the vertical stem.
Office Air 2.0 and Office Air 2.0 Power are equipped with presence and day-light detector. The light fixture records the brightness changes during the day in the room and automatically adapts the light to keep an even level. The light is dimmable manually to the desired level. After 60 minutes without recording a movement, the light automatically turns off.
