The artful Flock of Light suspension by Moooi, developed in 2020 by Studio Toer, appears like a swarm of light. It is available in three sizes. At daytime, Flock of Light is an impressive design statement, and in the evening it turns into a bright light source.
Curved bronze wires curl and wind in all directions, connecting the numerous small LED light sources, which are contained within semi-transparent polycarbonate diffusers and held by brass capsules.
The light is characterized by an outstandingly warm colour temperature and a very high colour rendering for a natural appearance of all colour shades. The result is a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, which will be especially appreciated in living rooms, foyers and cafés.
