About the Collection DCWéditions NL12
The LED suspension NL12 by Sebastian Summa for DCWéditions was designed to illuminate large dining tables and is a refined eyecatcher that distributes diffuse light evenly.
The NL12 LED suspension's light body consists of twelve tubes of borosilicate glass. Only one of the tubes serves as a central unit and is a light source, while the other tubes diffract the emitted light. NL12 does not feature visible cables and produces a heavenly light beam that brightens the room and the souls.
Sebastian Summa used his aesthetical skills to design some suspension clamps that hold the tubes and keep them in a perfect balance. This supporting structure lends the whole object a post-industrial, sporty touch. The tubes can be pulled out to give the DCWéditions suspension some extra length optically.
