About the Collection Bover Bol
The Bol lights by Bover were designed by Estudi Manel Molina from the year 2022. Beside modern chandeliers, the collection offers a table lamp, a floor lamp and a wall lamp.
Inspired by classical Maria Theresia chandeliers of glass and crystal, the Bol lights are made of aluminium and brass and are lacquered in matt black. They form floating structures and appeal with a discreet, stylish lighting effect in the dark. A central rod supports stems with 6 or 4 shades located on them. The shade's underside of Bol is closed by a polycarbonate diffuser that distributes the integrated LEDs' light glare-free downwards and discreetly upwards.
The chandeliers are arranged in combination to create multifaceted light landscapes that are especially impressive in halls, lobbies or spacious restaurants. Because of their rectilinear shape, the Bol floor and table lamps adapt to every interior. Bol Floor can, for example, serve for illuminating empty room corners or be placed next to a couch or seat as a reading lamp, while Bol Table can be placed on sideboards, side tables or task lights, from where it spreads a pleasant light. Bover Wall seems to be made for an installation over bedside tables, yet is also a discreet light source in broad corridors or halls.
Cleaning instructions by the manufacturer: To clean the light fixture, alcool or solvents should not be used, but a soft cloth.
