The exterior light TXL by Marset puts the comfort of classical interior lights outdoors. The design by Joan Gaspar was modernized in 2019, and is now available in two sizes and two shade colours.
The floor lamp follows a traditional construction, consisting of a base, a light stem and a conical textile shade. Compared to the original from the year 2007, the new version uses a revised shade with a cozy textile surface spreading a pleasant light and especially stable against weather effects. A further novelty involves the square base, now made of concrete.
The shade is available in neutral coloured hues and its inner side comes in white. A diffuser of acid-etched white glass ensures an even light distribution. The light shines downwards and passes laterally through the shade, emphasizing the texture.
The homely floor lamp is ideally suitable for illuminating seating groups on the terrace or on the balcony. With the protection class IP65, TXL 2019 is protected against humidity and dirt.
