About the Collection Marset Elipse
The LED exterior lights Elipse by Marset convince with a discreet design and a distinctive lighting effect. The collection comprises a wall lamp and a floor lamp, designed in 2020 by Josp Lluís Xuclà.
Both models have a simple cylindrical body of lacquered aluminium with a bevelled edge at one end. The light is emitted in both directions. The floor lamp directs its light upwards and produces a soft light crown downwards, when the wall lamp's light shines in both directions. The light body is lacquered in dark brown or graphite grey, therefore the simple light fixtures vanish in the background. Instead the light is at the centre of attention - as a luminous ellipse at the aluminium tube's end and as a wide light circle on the wall. The light body's inner side is white lacquered, and the light is seemingly brighter and reinforces the contrast between light body and light circle.
The Elipse lights have a protection index IP 65, are protected against moisture and dirt and can be installed on house facades, on terraces or next to garden paths.
The integrated LEDs convince with a warm white light colour of 2700K and spread a light that is pleasant for both human beings and nature. The Elipse lights decorate exterior walls, emphasize trees or other plants, architectural elements and more. Thanks to their dark, natural colours, they harmoniously adapt between plants, stones and buildings.
