About the Collection Marchetti Materica
Materica is a unique light collection by Marchetti utilizing concrete, a rough and rustic material, to form an incredibly smooth shape and provide direct and indirect illumination with integrated LEDs.
The collection includes the models Materica Stick with a long horizontal shape and the ring-shaped Materica Circle suspensions, the diffuser of which is located below or inside and spreads direct downward light or indirect room light.
Materica is made of cast concrete and put in shape by hand to obtain its final appearance. Small air inclusions and imperfections emphasize this special material and turn each light into a unique piece.
The light fixture is available in a choice of three colours: natural grey, and lacquered in white and brass. Each version has a charm of its own. It is discreet and minimalist or rustic and precious, but always endowed with an archetypal note which appeals in every context.
Materica is suitable as a room light in apartments or prestigious rooms, as light source over dining tables, conference tables and counters.
