Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all? When reading the name of the large wall lamp by Flos, one must think of the saying from the popular fairy tale, because "La plus belle" means "the most beautiful".
Star designer Philippe Starck designed the luminous mirror in 2019 for the Italian tradition company Flos. Thanks to the many LEDs inserted in the mirror frame under a diffuser of optical silicone, the mirror shines in soft light. The soft, warmwhite LED light can be adjusted via a touch dimmer integrated in the mirror. By shortly touching the touch dimmer, the light is dimmed stage by stage (100%-50%-0%), by pushing it a longer time, the light is dimmed down continuously to a minimum light intensity of 10%. It is also possible to dim La Plus Belle via a 0-10V/1-10V/Push or DALI interface.
The luminous La Plus Belle wall mirror of 6 mm thick, extra clear glass has an aesthetical security sheet on its back and is affixed to the frame with a glass strip of polycarbonate. La Plus Belle is simply affixed to the wall by a hook integrated in the wall fixation and two magnets hold the mirror in the desired position. The mirror is directly supplied via a wall outlet like a wall lamp. However, it is also possible to supply it with a cable and plug.
The oval frame of aluminium is available in a choice of refined surfaces, each exuding a charm of its own. Thanks to its sober elegance and harmonious oval shape, La Plus Belle adapts to every context.
Cleaning instructions by the manufacturer: When cleaning the light fixture, only soft cloths must be used. It is also possible to moist them with water and soap or with a neutral cleaning product. Please, do not use alcohol or solvents!
