The LED pendant lamps w201 Extra Small Pendant by Wästberg combine clear shapes with a design that is reduced to its minimum also in terms of size. The collection includes three models with different cone shapes, available in plain black or white. The design comes from the Swedish studio Claesson Koivisto Rune.
The cone-shaped shades are made of solid aluminium, manufactured in a complex die-casting process. This protects the lamp from overheating and lends it stability and weight. Inside the aluminium body is the COB LED, as well as a reflector made of polycarbonate and finally a prismatic diffuser, also made of polycarbonate, which optimally distributes the light and ensures an even, glare-free direct light.
A high-quality full-spectrum LED is used as the light source, one that is able to recreate the unbroken colour spectrum of sunlight, thereby achieving a light quality that far surpasses conventional LEDs and, with excellent color rendering, creates a natural and comfortable light that proves its worth especially wherever accurate colour perception is important. Due to their small size, the Alma pendant lights are suitable for illuminating small tables or narrow counter tops, but they can also be arranged in clusters and rows to illuminate larger tables and areas. Their different, harmoniously coordinated shapes create aesthetic ensembles that fit into any furnishing style.
