About the Collection Verpan Spiral

The Spiral suspension by Verpan was designed in 1969 by Verner Panton and still impresses with a complex shape, fluid forms and a lively brilliance.

The decisive feature are elongated spirals of synthetics, forming a thick, hanging cloud. Depending on the version, there are filigreed metallic structures, composed of thin chains and several rings, or nearly invisible Nylon cables.

The collection includes two suspensions with metallic structure and textile cable: the small Spiral Mini and the larger Spiral SP01, each available in three colours. With Nylon cables and an especially large, wave-like ceiling rose, the light fixture is available with one, two or three spiral clusters. They hang under each other and are a magnificent lighting object in large rooms and stair wells. The light fixtures are available in shiny gold or silver.

The lamps appeal with a lively sparkle and brilliance, while they fascinatingly reflect the light and their surroundings. The suspension moves in a draught of air, providing a flowing, dynamic impression which is reminiscent of fluid metal.

Unexpected complexity and a precious charisma turn Spiral into a highly decorative suspension for living spaces, restaurants and stylish lounge areas.
