About the Collection Slamp Overlay
The LED table lamp Overlay is a cooperation between Slamp and Montblanc. Intended to be the perfect desk lamp, an ideal companion for the noble writing instruments of the famous brand, easy to use, high quality and timeless in design.
The base includes a pen tray, which also serves as a switch. In this way, the reading light is switched on when the pen is picked up and switched off again as soon as the writing instrument is placed back in its tray. A second switch next to it operates the Courtesy Light in the base, the soft light of which shines in all directions.
The light fixture combines classic and modern styles. Its design language is clear and timeless, the colour scheme is warm, cozy and noble. The materials brass (for the structure) and leather (for the pen tray) also give an impression of time-honoured grandeur. By contrast, the lampshade is made of synthetics, to be precise, of several overlapping layers of different patented Slamp technopolymers: brushed Copperflex and Lentiflex, the different colours and surfaces of which form a truly complex, but perfectly harmonious whole.
The light fixture is delivered in an exclusive gift box. The scope of delivery includes a Montblanc ball pen from the Meisterstück LeGrand series.
