The Atmosfera lights by Slamp combine a clear formal language with refined surfaces. The collection was designed by Lorenza Bozzoli and comprises a suspension and table lamps in two sizes and each in two colour versions.
The light fixtures are composed of two simple elements, of the ball-shaped diffuser and of the cylindrical base. The shade is made of methacrylate, but imitates cast glass with small irregularities thanks to its hand-made surface. The base is decorated with a layer of shiny metallized Goldflex or Pewterflex, the grid structure of which creates a dot pattern.
The light is distributed into the room not only through the diffuser ball, but also diffusely through the base. The table lamps make possible to separately switch the light sources in the base and in the ball. For this reason, the Atmosfera lights can also serve as soft courtesy light for orientation during the night.
