About the Collection Serien Lighting Annex
Annex is a light fixture family by Serien Lighting which has been awarded several prizes, including the Design Plus Award, for its mpressive, minimalist design. Serien Annex was designed by Uwe Fischer, and is available in a choice of sizes, with conventional lamps or integrated LED lamps.
The Annex collection by Serien Lighting includes ceiling lamps and suspensions. One characteristic of the light fixture is that there is an additional conical reflector inside the conical glass shade, which, thanks to the choice of versions, creates the different appearances of Annex and various lighting effects.
Annex' well-thought-out concept has been excellently implemented. The materials used are of high-quality and ensure a long life-span. Milky glass, crystal glass and aluminium have been utilized.
Depending on the chosen reflector, the Annex ceiling lamps and suspensions provide diverse lighting effects, each endowed with its own charm and meant for a special use. The internal aluminium reflector enables the light to be intensively directed downwards, illuminating working surfaces, kitchen counters or table tops. The version with opaline glass provides a soft, diffuse light, while the version with an internal crystal glass shade offers a magical, sparkling glow which conveys a refined, aristocratic flair.
The Annex LED ceiling lamps and suspensions are available with diverse light intensities and in colour temperatures of 2700K and 3000K. Both temperatures are warm white, but the colour temperature of the 3000K-version is somewhat colder. The high colour rendering makes the light especially natural and pleasant. For this reason it is ideally suited for living and dining rooms.
Especially convenient: the LED module can be exchanged as easily as if it were a bulb.
