Santa & Cole
Pie de Salon Collection

The Catalan Jaume Sans was a surrealist sculptor and painter who created the Pie de Salón floor lamp in 1963. Sans' work focused on designing furniture for his own household. The Pie de Salón floor lamp produced today by Santa & Cole is one of these pieces of furniture. The timelessly beautiful designer light fixture is a luminous gem for living rooms, hotel lobbies, lounge corners or bedrooms with an outstandingly elegant character. The numerous shade variations cater to individual tastes and the soft, glare-free light provides a pleasant lighting atmosphere.

The special, dignified aura of the Santa & Cole Pie de Salón floor lamps is created by the filigreed tripod with its slender, leather-covered light rod and the classic shade made of white, untreated linen fabric or coloured fabric ribbon. The base is available in either chrome or polished brass and is adjustable in height from 120 cm to 160 cm. The high-quality materials combined with a first-class finish result in a unique, luxurious light fixture for upscale interiors.

The light emitted by the E27 bulb escapes gently glare-free upwards and downwards through the shade openings. The light is reflected from the ceiling and creates indirect room lighting. The integrated dimmer enables to regulate the light intensity, creating either cozy mood lighting or more powerful zone or room lighting. The Pie de Salón G2 floor lamp has a cylindrical shade, while the Pie de Salón G1 and the Pie de Salón G3 have a conical shade in two different sizes.
