About the Collection Santa & Cole GT
The first pendant lamp in the Santa & Cole GT collection was designed by Gabriel Ordeig Cole in 1983. Over the years, new models were constantly added, drawn by the in-house Santa & Cole design crew. Today, the GT pendant collection is one of the flagships of the Spanish design label. The pendant lights appeal with their clean lines, subtle shade colours, a warm light and high-quality materials.
Slightly conical or cylindrical shades, which are optionally covered with coloured fabric ribbon, white linen or, as it is the case for some models, with beige cardboard, characterize the GT pendant lights. Different sizes are available to meet various space and lighting requirements. Whether models such as the Sistema Sisisí GT1, Sistema Sisisí GT2 or the Sistema Sisisí GT3 for smaller dining tables or impressively large-format models such as the GT1500 or the GT7 - the Santa & Cole pendant lights always appeal with their wonderful hand-made fabric ribbon shade. The larger versions feature a diffuser disc on the bottom of the shade, preventing glare and providing even illumination of the area below.
The dual light emission emphasizes the inviting character of the Santa & Cole GT. The light is emitted both downwards and upwards. Depending on the selected version of the shade, the light is also emitted diffusely through the shade.
