About the Collection Penta Mom

The suspensions in the collection Mom by Penta are a homage to traditional Venetian glass art. Because of their diversely shaped diffusers of coloured glass, they have the appearance of precious vases. They were designed by Umberto Asnago in 2016 and are available in many colours and shapes.

The shades of borosilicate glass have softly rounded edges that perfectly adapt to the matt glass surface. A second conical diffuser guiding the light downwards through an aperture is visible inside. In addition to this direct illumination, a diffuse light passes through the glass shade. Mom is equipped with a white ceiling rose and a grey cable. The light fixtures are phase-cut dimmable.

Mom makes a good impression as a single light, yet can also be arranged in rows or groups. The various colours, sizes and shapes can be combined in versatile manners.
