Penta Lights & Lamps

Penta is an Italian lighting brand based near Milan known for high-quality contemporary lighting. Quality, functionality, elegance and an excellent choice of materials give the Penta lights their unmistakably elegant character. Solid materials such as glass, metal, wood, marble and textile are primarily used. Penta values traditional manufacturing methods and Italian craftsmanship, but is open to technical innovations and, for example, incorporates LED technology and modern lighting controls into their lights.

Penta was founded in 1975 in Cabiate, northern Italy. Initially, furniture was also part of the company's concept, but Penta soon concentrated its work entirely on the lighting sector. Specialization was seen as the key to success in order to meet our own high standards of excellent quality and a fascinating design with great recognition value. In 2014, Andrea Cittero took over the management of the company. He reformed the company structure and expanded Penta's portfolio by purchasing other lighting companies. Penta extends its high-quality Italian design to all areas: technical lighting, custom-made products for projects and decorative lamps for stylish interiors. The company works with numerous Italian and international designers, from established names to young talents. Among others, Carlo Colombo, the London studio Artefatto, Umberto Asnago and Bartoli Design have designed unique lights for Penta.

Penta lights are influenced by the traditions and culture of their homeland, but their timeless beauty and technical sophistication are well received all over the world. They enrich interiors in private and project areas with precious lighting accents, elegant shapes and venerable materials.
