About the Collection Northern Heat
The Heat suspension by Northern has a uniquely lively appeal, thanks to a metallic shade resembling a thin piece of textile. Heat is available in three sizes and in two colours.
The shade consists of a grid of stainless steel or brass which is so thin and finely meshed that not only the lamp's light passes through, but the light's inside and the richly folded shade appear in their full complexity. The fascinating light fixture seems nearly unreal, like an incandescent cloud, delicate clouds of smoke or molten metal.
Heat spreads diffuse light. Metallic structure and wire shade come always in a single colour, while the cable is black.
