Escargot by Nemo is far more than a decorative table lamp. It is a sought-after collector's item with a limited number of production. The extraordinary lamp was designed in 1954 by no one less than architect and furniture designer Le Corbusier. Escargot is the French word for snail and describes perfectly the shape of the table lamp covered with brass: The table lamp's exterior is gold-plated, the interior shimmers in silver. At the very heart of it shines a special 300W incandescent bulb which can by varied in brightness by the means of the integrated dimmer.
