About the Collection Moooi Valentine
The Valentine light fixtures by Moooi were designed in 2011 by Marcel Wanders. Inspired by a flower bouquet, as offered on Valentine's day, it is a jewel endowed with an especially romantic character. Suspensions in two sizes and a table lamp, each available in a choice of refined metallic versions are comprised in the collection.
The light fixtures are made of metal and blown crystal glass. The cylindrical metallic shade is devoid of frills and plain, while the glass diffuser on the contrary is decorated with detailled patterns: a flower relief on the shade's inside and a diamond pattern on the upper glass ring.
The Valentine lights are perfectly suited for illuminating dining tables, whether in private living spaces or in cafes or restaurants. Minimalistic interieurs are loaded with romanticism and warmth by their presence and, if combined with classical furniture, they are perfectly emphasized.
