About the Collection Moooi T-Lamp
The LED floor lamp T-Lamp was designed by Marcel Wanders in 2015. Beside offering directable, dimmable light, it enriches the room with a strong design statement with artistic appeal.
Its delicate structure of steel is reminiscent of Alexander Calder's kinetic mobiles. In Calder's works-of-art, movement is integral part of the object and this is also true for the T-lamp. The floor lamp is rotatable in all the directions and the anthracite grey light head is flexibly adjustable. Its fluid movements and the filigreed appeal are decisive concepts following which T-Lamp was designed. A counterweight and a round base of marble ensure stability in every position.
The integrated LEDs have an especially warm white light colour and can be dimmed down with a rotary dimmer on the electrical cable, for example to achieve a pleasant reading light or an atmospherical background illumination.
