The light fixtures Lolita by Moooi were designed in 2008 by the designer Nika Zupanck who reflects feminine archetypes in her work. The collection comprises a suspension and a table lamp for downwards directed illumination. They are available in a choice of three elegant colours, emphasizing their feminine character.
The Lolita light's shade is reminiscent of a skirt with lace hem. Its convex shape is strikingly high, round on top and features a point. The bell shape is on the whole well-balanced and creates a coherent impression. The light is guided downwards and illuminates table surfaces whithout glaring. The table lamp's shade can be tilted to the side to guide the light obliquely sideways.
The strongly expressive lights are suitable as a statement on the sideboard, as illumination on cafe tables, counters and dining tables, and complement youthful interiors in bright colours with a fancy detail.
