About the Collection Moooi Bell Lamp

The dimmable suspensions Bell Lamp by Moooi were designed by Marcel Wanders in 2012. He drew inspiration from the ringing bells calling people to meetings and celebrations in ancient times and thus was an essential communication medium that created a sense of community. Bell Lamp produces a welcoming and convivial atmosphere in living rooms, in foyers and above dining tables. The collection comprises two different sizes, each in various versions.

The bell-shaped shade consists of blown glass and has a ball-shaped diffuser inside that is visible in the transparent versions. A ceramic loop is a romantic accent on the tip. The light escapes directly downwards but is distributed diffusely all around in the room.

The different colour versions make possible to exactly adapt the Bell lights to their surroundings. The glass is available in transparent, coloured in smokey grey or white. Each version produces another lighting effect and impacts on the room's atmosphere.
