About the Collection Masiero Nappe
The original Nappe LED lights by Masiero were designed by Marco Zito and are reminiscent of decorative, but minimalistic and abstract tassels and made of metal and glass. Many versions and four coloured versions make individual compositions and creative lighting concepts possible.
Each Nappe light is composed of simple, geometric shapes, like rhombs, cylinders, domes and spheres. The diffusers located below the light fixtures are made of glass or of narrow, slender metallic rods forming a grid. In this way, the light is emitted glare-free to the sides and shines mostly directly downwards. The embedded LEDs' light is warm white and is characterized by a very good colour rendering, as required in living and dining spaces.
The collection comprises 10 small different suspensions, which can be used singly, but also as parts of triple, five-fold or ten-fold suspensions, also three larger Nappe XL suspensions and two wall lamps.
All light models can be harmoniously combined and suspended in rows and clusters. The XL suspensions are suitable for rooms with high ceilings, stair cases and hotel entrance halls thanks to their height. The smaller Nappe light fixtures are perfectly suitable for the illumination of tables and counters, while the wall lamps set decorative accents. With the extensive Nappe collection, it is possible to make unified lighting concepts with many individual creative possibilities. Nappe which is available in four colours, white, black and multicolour in cold or warm tones, adapts to light and dark, modern and classical interiors.
