At first glance, its diffuser seems to be simple and discreet, yet exudes a certain elegance. Its refinement appears in plain view with the LED lamp. As simple as it seems, the light fixture fascinates and thrills. It is maybe due to the rounded design, to the perfect proportions of the internal and external circle or to the flat shape of the cup. Or is it just because the missing lamp has been replaced by a hole? As a matter of fact, the LEDs of the suspension Martinelli Luce Maggiolone are located behind the diffuser and not in the middle of the shade as usual. Its original character that goes deep has style!
The suspension Maggiolone is composed of a shade from lacquered aluminium. The diffuser inside the shade is made of opaline white methacrylate. The external circle has a diameter of 60 cm, the one located at the core has a diameter of 20 cm. This proportions between both apertures are responsible for the elegant balance of the light fixture. Besides, the downwards directed light is diffusely distributed. There is a dimmable converter in the ceiling rose.
