The Biconica floor lamp was designed by Elio Martinelli in 1987.
Biconica pleases with its slim, gracefully curved shape, which makes the light fixture a decorative object even when it is switched off. Biconica for indoor use is made of synthetic resin and lets the light escape upwards against the ceiling through a methacrylate diffuser. The indirect mood light is suitable for the living room or bedroom, where it sets lively accents in empty corners in particular.
The Biconica Pol, on the other hand, is designed for outdoor use. It diffuses light through the white polyethylene body. The protection class IP65 protects the Biconica Pol outdoors, e.g. on terraces, from wind and weather. The technical development of the Biconica Pol is optionally equipped with RGB LEDs for coloured light or with innovative tunable white LEDs and thus enables creative lighting moods that are adapted to daylight.
