About the Collection Marset Babila
The LED wall lamps Babila by Marset create an indirect illumination on buildings' facades. The collection comprises wall lamps of two different sizes, each available in three versions. When designing the light fixtures, the designer Marco Zanuso Jr. attached importance not only to the harmonious shape, but also to the right material. The wall lamps' character is completely different, depending if it is the version of polished stainless steel or the version of matt lacquered aluminium.
The Babila wall lamps have the appearance of a convex ball, floating in front of the wall and emphasized by a soft light circle. The versions in white or brown blend in with discreetly with the facade, while the reflecting, shiny stainless steel versions reflect their environnment and set extraordinary, individual accents.
The light shines indirectly and glare-free. The soft lighting accents are decorative or provide the required back ground illumination near stairs or in the entry hall. The high protection against humidity or dust (IP65 protection) makes possible to use the Babila wall lamps also on unsheltered walls or garden walls.
The integrated LEDs are characterized by a warm white, insect-friendly colour temperature and a very good colour rendering, creating a welcoming, pleasant lighting effect.
