The LED wall lamps Aura by Marset were designed by Joan Gaspar in 2016 and provide indirect illumination and soft colour accents on the wall. The collection includes the small Aura wall lamp and the larger Aura Plus wall lamp, both available in diverse glass colours.
Simple glass decanters served as a source of inspiration. The shade is made of refined, blown glass, whether opaline white or transparent with a delicate colour hue. Its shape is similar to a flat, round bowl. The heat sink of lacquered aluminium and the polycarbonate structure are in the middle. The central round plate serves as a reflector that shields the light emitted by the integrated LEDs, and guides it to the back towards the glass shade. Soft light circles are created onto the wall, each producing another effect depending on the version.
In particular the transparent versions seem light and subtle in spite of their size, blend in with their surroundings and, above all, attract the attention with their light.
