The Scantling light collection by Marset was designed in 2010 by Mathias Hahn and appeals with a clear construction and a beautiful material combination.
The collection comprises a wall lamp, a table lamp and two floor lamps, all available in black and in white.
Scantling's cylindrical light head, made of lacquered aluminium, is hold by an arm of massive oak wood. This wooden element forms a handle, used for adjusting the reflector. It strikingly crosses the vertical light stem of lacquered metal, its edgy shape contributing to the light fixture's overall impression. The functional and archetypal, but also cozy and decorative light fixture perfectly fits next to a couch or a bed, and also next to the desk at home.
The switch is conveniently within reach on the light head.
