Lodes
Bugia Collection

Design by Andrea Tosetto

Bugia are flat ceiling lights by Lodes (Studio Italia Design), whose elegant, shiny metallic surfaces and asymmetrical shape create a unique eye-catcher on the ceiling.

Bugia Single is a single metal disc, while Bugia Double, Bugia Triple and Bugia Mega are a combination of two or three circles of different sizes that overlap and create a fascinatingly asymmetrical shape. The center of the metal disc features a transparent, curved lens through which light passes downwards.

The Lodes (Studio Italia) Bugia lamp would not bear its name - the Italian word for "lie" - without a good reason. Bugia surprises by allowing a part of the light to emerge laterally through additional diffusers hidden behind the plates. The lamp is surrounded by a soft, indirect light and seems to float under the ceiling - but at the same time emits direct light downwards.

Bugia is made of metal and plexiglass. The light fixture is optionally equipped with 2700K LEDs or 3000K LEDs, which are also characterized by very good colour rendering.
