About the Collection IP44.de Scap
The LED wall lights Scap by IP44.de are high-quality classics with the latest lighting technology. The collection includes the two models Scap with uplight and downlight and Scap One with one-sided light emission, which can be installed as uplight or downlight. Both outdoor lamps are available in five subtle colours and are suitable for unprotected facades thanks to IP65.
The body is made of powder-coated cast aluminium and has the shape of a cylinder with a narrow, rectangular wall base. It is harmoniously proportioned and designed without superfluous details. With a diameter of just 6.5 cm, the lamps are also extremely slim and elegant, suitable even for narrow wall sections and easy to integrate into any architectural style. Their shallow depth also proves its worth in narrow entrance areas or on small balconies. The reflectors are closed with clear safety glass and protected against the ingress of moisture or dust.
Despite the subtle design, the Scap LED lamps set large, wide light accents that fill the entire wall and also illuminate the floor or ceiling projections. The integrated LEDs have a particularly warm white colour temperature, which not only has a particularly inviting and cozy effect on people, but also, thanks to a rather reddish light spectrum, but is also perceived less strongly by nocturnal insects and does not attract them much. The Scap LED luminaires thus provide insect-friendly and environmentally conscious outdoor lighting that is still functional, high-quality and elegant.
