About the Collection IP44.de Pip
With adjustable light, the outdoor LED lamps Pip by IP44.de set variable accents in the garden or on the house facade. The design combines simple geometric shapes into an object with self-explanatory functionality and subtle beauty. The collection includes an LED wall light and a bollard light, and offers a versatile range of neutral tones. They were designed by Klaus Nolting.
The cubic body has a round recess holding the spherical lamp head. It can be rotated axially by 240° so that downlight, uplight or individual accents can be created as desired. The rectangular frame is made of die-cast aluminium, the head is made of turned aluminium. The cooling fins are milled directly into the spherical shape and ensure the necessary heat dissipation during operation. The reflector is closed with satined safety glass, creating a glare-free illumination and a soft beam of light. The head and body are powder-coated in the same color and form a simple unit.
The high-quality Pip LED lights are protected against moisture and dust (IP65) and can be used in unprotected outdoor areas. As a bollard light, Pip highlights garden paths or steps, accentuates flower beds and bushes. The wall lamp adorns exterior walls with indirect light accents or provides orientation light near stairs and house entrances.
The built-in LEDs have a particularly warm colour temperature of 2700K, which not only has a very pleasant effect on people, but also attracts insects less strongly due to the reddish spectrum, resulting in insect-friendly, environmentally conscious outdoor lighting.
