Pic-a-stic is a pendant lamp that is part of Ingo Maurer's playful and humorous collection. The lamp consists of a set of 50 lacquered wooden sticks and a rubber ring that fixes the sticks "in the air". Andreas Walther, who originally comes from the field of "stop-motion film", wanted to capture the moment when the sticks of the classic game "Mikado" are released before they fall apart. Pic-a-stic comes in two versions: a version with black and white wands plus two red wands and a colorful version with blue, red and orange wands. In this way, pic-a-stic leaves room for free design and the owner becomes a co-designer, as with many of Ingo Maurer's earlier models. The lamp can be plugged into 14 variants, which can be varied and expanded through individual color combinations. Pic-a-stic can be used as a single lamp above the table or as a group above a bar counter, for example, in private as well as in public areas. With pic-a-stic, Andreas Walther brings out his first lamp in cooperation with the Ingo Maurer team.
