About the Collection Ingo Maurer Lil Luxury
The ceiling lamps Luxury are expansive lighting objects with opulent character, created in 2004 by Ingo Maurer. The collection encompasses the ceiling lamp Lil Luxury with three squares and the smaller Lil Luxury 2 with only two squares.
The light fixtures consist of simple paper squares, suspended from the ceiling using polyester ropes. While the square-shaped hole in their middle directs the light downwards, a pleasant, indirect light is spread in the room in an especially pleasant manner. The paper squares are lacquered either in sober white or in gold, which impacts on the lighting effect and strongly influences the light fixture's overall effect.
The Luxury ceiling lamps seem to be a part of the room's architecture and remain an eyecatcher, even when the light is switched off. Especially in bedrooms, in living rooms or in cozy lounge areas, Lil Luxury please with their mixture of indirect and direct light, subtlety and elegance.
