About the Collection Ingo Maurer Blow Me Up
The multifunctional lamp Blow Me Up by Ingo Maurer and Theo Möller scores with its versatility, low weight and an especially original idea: An inflatable plastic hose serves as a lamp body and a diffuser, equipped with an LED strip. One half of the hose is translucent, the other is silver-coloured. The LED strip runs across the entire length of the tube and directs its light towards the silver-coloured side, where it is reflected. This creates direct light in one direction. Thanks to a sensor dimmer, the light can be dimmed as well as switched on and off directly at the lamp body.
The lamp can be used either as a pendant lamp or as a floor or wall lamp by combining it with different accessories. As offered here, the pendant lamp comes with a ceiling canopy and a height-adjustable suspension with two nylon cables.
A cable with plug is available on request, in order to plug Blow Me Up directly into a wall socket and casually lean it against a wall.
Blow Me Up is delivered deflated, rolled up in a can. A hand pump is included in the delivery.
