The wall light Holonzki by Ingo Maurer with decorative hologram image
of a light bulb. Glass and metal. With pull switch and black fabric cable.

Product details

The unique wall lamp Holonzki was created in 2000 by Ingo Maurer and Eckhard Knuth. It presents the hologram of a light bulb, which constitutes a magical accent.

Optical illusion, true homage: Holonzki is an innovative wall light that reproduces the aesthetics of a classic incandescent light bulb - but as a hologram, projected onto a glass plate.

At first sight, one might think that there is a real light bulb behind the glass, shimmering through. But the bulb turns out to be an illusion. A reflector lamp, held above and in front of the glass plate by a long metal arm, provides the necessary light. This artful homage to the traditional light bulb is also a clever technological innovation, and the result of a complex production process.

The wall light is operated with a pull switch and is supplied with electricity via a black textile cable and a wall plug.

Please note that the hologram must be protected from direct sunlight and from nicotine.
