About the Collection Foscarini Solar
The simple and effective floor lamp Solar Outdoor by Foscarini impresses with its poetic design. The light body is made of translucent polythene, the resting surface is lacquered in natural brown. The design light's shape reminds of the sun at dawn or at dusk, its hemispherical shape recalls the celestial vault, whereas the round resting surface recalls an eclipse. The lamp's body is manufactured in polythene. The resting surface of the Solar Outdoor is not slightly concave with slightly raised edges like the Solar Indoor version, to let the rainwater drain off.
