Foscarini
Le Soleil Collection

The Le Soleil light fixture by Foscarini is characterized by its unusual lighting effects. Its rotunda shape is reminiscent of the New York Guggenheim Museum. Le Soleil is made of irregular, slightly translucent polycarbonate strips that are placed on top of each other to form the diffuser. For the Le Soleil Sospensione the strips form a ball. The strips gently filter the light to achieve a pleasant accent lighting. At the same time, light rays escape through the gaps, creating a sun-like play of light and shadow. In addition, the light directly shines downwards through the opening. The shade of the Le Soleil is thin, but looks impressive due to the impressive design and produces a dynamic architectural effect.

Le Soleil is available in plain white or fiery red, the pendant lamp is also available in bronze and copper. The Le Soleil pendant lamp is available either with a screw base for halogen lamps or as a dimmable or non-dimmable version with integrated LEDs. A special cable length with a maximum length of 10 meters can be selected.

Designer Vicente Garcia Jimenez designed the expressive Le Soleil in 2009.
