About the Collection FontanaArte Scintilla
The Scintilla collection by FontanaAre was designed in 1972 by the two elder Castiglioni brothers Livio and Piero and unites high function with the most modern formal language.
The light's cool design consists of a chromed or nickeled structure and a lamp socket which are held on the side of two stems through which the cable runs. Two security reflectors of borosilicate are delivered in two versions, transparent and sand-blasted. Additionally, it is possible to add a reflector of anodized aluminium to achieve an indirect illumination.
The floor lamp Scintilla by FontanaArte is a remarkable and modern uplighter which spreads cozy, indirect light. Both versions are equipped with a lamp socket of chromed steel. The slender and straight light stem rests on a square base. The light intensity of the floor lamp can be adjusted with the integrated dimmer.
