The Flos Tab collection by the designer duo Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby from 2011 are reading or working lights and appeal with a minimalist shape.
The Tab table lamp and the Tab floor lamp consist of a bent, roof-shaped reflector, a straight slender light stem and a round base of lacquered, die-cast aluminium. There is a Multi-LED diffuser of PMMA in the reflector that prevents the multi shadow effect and disturbing glaring. The light is distributed directly downwards.
Beside the pure, straight design the Tab collection convinces with its steerable light. The roof-shaped light head has an adjustment rod with which the head can be turned by 90 degrees to the right and by 90 degrees to the left. The floor lamp is equipped with a switch on the cable, while the table lamp has a dimmer on the cable.
Tab is a tasteful design piece of high-quality materials, equipped with an efficient lighting technique that, thanks to its reduced shapes and simple colour versions, adapts in nearly every surroundings and sets stylish accents.
Cleaning instructions by the manufacturer: When cleaning the light fixture, only soft cloths must be used. It is also possible to moist them with water and soap or with a neutral cleaning product. Please do not use alcohol or solvents!
