The shape of the Luck suspension is reminiscent of a calabash and because of its beautiful proportions and soft curves appears highly modern and cozy. The lamp plays a major role, because it is visible through the transparent glass shade.
The Luck collection was designed by Ximo Roca for Estiluz and, besides a single suspension, includes also models with several elements, arranged in a line or in a cluster. Luck can serve as a light source over dining tables and counters, or as an extravagant eye-catcher and light fixture for general lighting.
The slender upper part of the light head is made of metal and is available in various versions. The transition to the glass shade is fluid and also the lamp - ideally a LED globe lamp with a diameter of 9,5 cm - seems to be a harmonious part of the whole. A oblique, lateral aperture in the ball-shaped glass shade is an unexpected detail which breaks with the design's symmetry.
