Escale – manufacturer of exclusive designer lights from Limbach in southern Germany – is known for elegant, timeless light creations that are "Made in Germany" and meet a very high quality standard.
With the Silk lights, the designer Mosru Mohiuddin succeeded in creating a very special collection that is timelessly elegant despite its playful design. It consists of three wave-shaped elements with a metallic structure, available in with diverse refined surfaces. Silk's wave-shaped elements are each equipped with a LED strip. The two Silk pendant lights produce direct light downwards (downlight) and indirect light upwards (uplight), which can even be switched and dimmed separately. When dimming the light with the integrated Dim to Warm-technology that has been integrated in the Silk 2.0 suspensions since 2022, the colour temperature adapts up to especially warm white 2000K. In this way, diverse, atmospherical lighting scenarios are possible. The Silk floor lamp produces atmospheric light.
The characterful Escale Silk lights fit perfectly into both modern and classic interiors. The Silk pendant looks best above dining tables, while the floor lamp is a tasteful lighting object in the living room or bedroom.
