Mosru Mohiuddin

Mohiuddin was born in Bangladesh, but grew up in England. He has been living and working in Germany for more than 20 years. He first completed a cabinet maker apprenticeship, before studying design in Newcastle-upon-Tyme. After he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 1988, Mohiuddin went to Germany and started working as an independent designer.

With his timelessly elegant light designs, Mohiuddin influenced the formal language of Escale, a German company located in Limbach, where he still works. He designed the Spin light collection, the Fluid pendant light and many other lights by Escale.
