Enzo Panzeri

The designer Enzo Panzeri, born in the city of Monza in the northeast of Milan, is one of three children of Carlo Panzeri, who founded the traditional italian lighting brand Panzeri in 1947. The Italian joined the family business in 1980. Today, as chief designer, Enzo Panzeri is responsible, among other things, for the selection of products and their manufacturing processes. Panzeri celebrated its 70th company anniversary in 2017, not least thanks to the fortunes of Enzo Panzeri, who has an excellent instinct for the market of today and tomorrow. Enzo Panzeri is undoubtedly one of the big names in the contemporary lighting industry.

As chief designer, Enzo was responsible for numerous successful Panzeri lamps. His designs cannot be pigeonholed in style, but are characterized by versatility. Nevertheless, the Italian prefers simple and clear shapes and his products are always made in accordance with the Panzeri corporate philosophy, which emphasizes sustainability and environmental compatibility.

Worthy of a special mention is the Enzo Panzeri's lamp collection Jackie - a functional, clear and technically sophisticated desk lamp. Today Jackie is also available as a floor lamp, wall lamp and as a practical spot and received a special mention at the German Design Award. It was also awarded with the iF Design Award and the Good Design Award. The Brooklyn, Ring and Zero collections are spectacular lighting objects, which mostly consist of impressive ring lights. The "Ring" pendant lights by Enzo Panzeri were also given a special mention at the German Design Awards 2017.
