About the Collection DCWéditions Respiro
Respiro by DCWéditions appeared in 2019 and comes from the French designer Philippe Nigro. Respiro is an elongated, rectangular pendant light made of anodized aluminum, which is connected to the ceiling canopy through two suspension cables. The shape of the luminous body is strongly reminiscent of an opening book.
The "book spine" is optionally painted gold, black or white, while the "book pages" are always gold. Inside there are integrated 2700K LEDs that distribute the light downwards without glare. The golden inside creates a particularly inviting, warm light that creates homely accents. Respiro is the Italian term for "breath" - possibly an allusion to the fact that human beings need light just as much for life as oxygen for breathing.
Respiro by DCWéditions is ideal for illuminating dining tables or counters. For longer dining tables, two Respiro 600 pendant lamps next to each other or a longer Respiro 900 pendant lamp are recommended.
