About the Collection Cini & Nils Componi
The modular Componi lights by Cini & Nils set individual lighting accents thanks to various lenses, diffusers and glass rings.
The main element is always a minimalist metallic structure with one or two light heads. They are equipped with a broad glass ring and closed on top and below by glass diffusers or lenses. Beside the here offered combinations, many other complying with individual wishes are possible. In this way not only the light's appearance but also its lighting effect can be modified. Diffuse light is possible as well as focussed light, while the light emission can be reduced in one direction or be intense in both. Depending on the selected components, the light sets coloured accents and optionally provides coloured light.
The rings are available in the versions "retinato" and with interesting "sfere" pattern in white, black, red and yellow.
The discs are available on request in the following versions: satined for a diffuse light, "retinato" for screened light through the black grid, "opalescente quadrettato" for a balanced and moderately strong illumination and coloured discs in red, yellow or blue for a coloured ambience in a room.
The Componi200's transparent lenses are available with an illumination angle of 105 or 70 degrees, the Componi75's lenses with an illumination angle of 80 degrees.
Componi's great versatility is also due to the full-range rotatable light heads. The light is adjusted at will, spreads direct or indirect light, reading light or diffuse background or general light.
The collection comprises a smaller Componi75 version equipped with G9 lamps, and the newComponi200 for LED lamps with E14 base. This one replaces the former Componi200 version for B15d lamps. Next to the various wall and ceiling lamps the collection also includes the newComponi 200 Ambiente & Scrivania table lamp and the newComponi200 Curva arched light with a bent light stem.
Componi can serve as functional and decorative single light fixture, for example in living rooms, corridors and bedrooms. The various ceiling and wall and floor lamps can serve for creating consistent lighting concepts not only in living spaces, but also in offices, prestigious spaces and in hotel lounges. The many glass colours and lighting effects allow for great creative freedom.
The structure is made of steel and aluminium, the glass rings, discs and rings, are made of borosilicate glass.
