About the Collection Catellani & Smith Syphasfera
The spike lamp Syphasfera by Catellani & Smith sets sparkling lighting accents in outdoor aras. It was designed by Maurizio Quargnale. It has a slender brass stem, available in four lengths, and a ball-shaped glass diffuser, either with smooth or textured surface.
The outdoor lamp is simply stuck in the soil and sets elegant, harmonious accents in the grass or in flower beds. Syphasfera can be planted in a depth of max. 25 cm.
The brass rod is treated with a black lacquer which is a protection against humidity. The lamps are suited for outdoor use, but are not protected against immersion in water. They correspond to an overall protection index of IP44.
Please note that there are different possibilities for power supply. The required drivers and accessories are not included and are to be purchased separately.
