About the Collection Catellani & Smith Lederam
The LED lights Lederam by Catellani & Smith embody the timeless elegance of simple lines and curves. The collection was designed by Enzo Catellani and is characterized by especially delicate and flat shapes, made possible by the use of space-saving LEDs.
The collection includes several wall lamps, ceiling lamps and pendant lamps, as well as a table lamp and different floor lamps, all available in various refined metal surfaces.
The Lederam lights are carefully made by hand and available in elegant colour schemes, with neutral lacquers and precious metal leaf in different combinations.
The LED light sources are located on the backside of the gently curved aluminium plates, which are held by slender metal rods. Depending on the model, they direct the light against the wall or ceiling or against a second shade made of aluminium or fiberglass.
The simple, sophisticated construction lends a timeless elegance to the Lederam lamps. Their light is versatile, since in most cases the reflector plates and light rods can be adjusted to direct the light, and by dimming the light intensity, different moods and unique lighting effects can be generated.
