Catellani Disco d'Oro ceiling lamp - less is more!
Catellani‘s extravagant Disco d‘Oro ceiling light doesn‘t suffer competition easily, given its expansive character; despite or because of its pared-down disk form it loses none of its dramatic effect.
The light is distributed/emitted indirectly via the reflector disk into the room and thereby creates a warm and soft room light. The aesthetic cherry on the cake is the pointed cone, centrally placed on the reflector disk.
Available in the different colour versions, the Disco d‘Oro creates a variety of different light effects. The golden/copper version yields a cosy warm light, while the silver adaptation generates a rather cool light. The lamp works without a transformer and can be effortlessly dimmed with the aid of an external dimmer affixed to the switch box.
The Disco D‘Oro ceiling lamp was designed by founder Enzio Catellani in 1989 and is a testimony to Catellani‘s meticulous handcrafted products.
