About the Collection Bover Mediterrània
The Mediterrània lights by Alex Fernández Camps for Bover from 2019 were designed as an ode to Mediterranean light and the incomparable smell of a Mediterranean breeze.
A soft, wave-shaped ribbon shade made of polyester gently envelops the LED light source in the middle of the shade, which is surrounded by a diffuser made of polycarbonate. The light is distributed directly downwards without glaring and also penetrates atmospherically through the translucent shade, creating generous, even room light.
The structure of the Mediterrània wall and pendant lights is made of metal. The Mediterrània pendant light is available in two versions: The Mediterrània S/105/02 has two shades that lie on top of each other and completely hide the light source. This makes the light even softer. It is suspended from filigree stainless steel cables, the power supply is transparent.
Mediterrània fits over seating landscapes, in cozy lounge corners or hotel lobbies and is the ideal choice when a touch of Mediterranean flair is required.
